FIREBRAND ART LIMITED: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
Orders, carriage and payment
Orders are accepted on a firm sale basis only. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
Carriage is free on all orders over £125 net. For orders below this threshold, carriage will be charged at £6.50 per order for UK mainland deliveries: for deliveries to other destinations, carriage will be quoted before the order is processed.
Where a credit account has been agreed with a customer, each invoice is due for payment within 30 days of the tax point date on the invoice. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts. Where no credit account has been agreed, payment must be made in full in advance.
Firebrand Art Limited retains title to all goods and services supplied until payment has been received in full.
Any shortfall or damages must be notified in writing to Firebrand Art Limited within 72 hours of receipt.
Please note that no stock returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Full payment will be required for any stock not returned in original packaging and condition.
Firebrand Art Limited reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Copyright, Design Right and Data Protection
All copyrights are protected, and rest with Firebrand Art Limited or the individuals, companies or institutions whose images have been licensed to Firebrand Art Limited.
Firebrand Art Limited retains the copyrights in all design work, and any use made of such work without written permission being obtained will result in a charge being raised for infringement of these rights. Designs are subject to amendment or deletion without notice.
Copyright images may not be used on web sites, whether private or business, without the written permission of Firebrand Art Limited, nor may they be copied, scanned or transmitted via electronic mail or any other such medium.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 the consent of customers to Firebrand Art Limited processing any personal data for any purpose associated with the company’s business is assumed to have been given.
